Alexa : the site that allows you to see the amount of traffic you are receiving to your website plus much more. Be sure to register your site if it does not show up.

Whois : Check to see if your domain is registered for more than one  year.  If not, go to your registrar and buy a couple years!

Alltop :  Find top stories as they are posted about your industry. Great place to find topics to write about or comment on.
